Return and warranty protection: Our flutes are shipped in a perfectly playable condition free of mechanical flaws, and leaks. If for some reason the flute goes out of adjustment, you can use the adjustment screws yourself, or bring it to your technician. All flutes go out of adjustment, no matter how expensive. Our warranty and return are not “no questions asked” and if there is a serious problem that we missed, we will repair it, or you can send it back. If you are not able to adjust it, we will assign a flute technician to repair it. Shipping to and from the local service person is not included. This policy is what allows us to offer ridiculously low prices, and we hope you appreciate that.
Standard flute comes with felt pads. Handmade model is padded by Boris Popovich using magnetic pads. This takes an additional two weeks.

Matija 101

Perfectly adjusted and great sounding beginner student flute

Silver plated, closed hole, drawn toneholes, split E mechanism, C foot, felt pads, alloy springs.

We need 2-3 days to set up the flute, however we use 3-7 day express shipping, usually UPS, FedEx, or DHL from Hong Kong or Shenzhen.

    It was on the year 2013 that i came to aquintence with Mr. Boris Popovich , the key flute maker . on 2014 i bought a student version from him and stil on 2025 it works very well even by surviving the humid climate of Kerala state in India ..He is a master craftsman in key flute making .
