If the purchased instrument is defective please contact us and arrange for a return to Hong Kong. We cannot afford change of mind returns at these prices. Mechanics and pad seating is checked before shipping to make sure there are no flaws. For any minor adjustments you can use the adjustment screws, or visit your local technician. All of our flutes are either silver plated or lacquered (copper alloys). The finish doesn’t last forever, and it depends on a number of factors how long it will last. Instruments are priced accordingly.
